Our coaching sessions will begin by exploring what you want to achieve, what issues you would like to address, understanding who you are and what your values are.
As we progress in our sessions, we will explore what your inner critic (or the negative voice in your head) says and discuss how it holds you back. Calming your inner critic and learning to change the dialogue into a positive conversation empowers you to achieve anything you desire.
Sessions will revolve around your specific focus, interests, issues or pain points so each session will be unique to you.
The more open you are to discovery and change, the more effective your sessions will be.
Sessions can be held at my office in Vaughan (just north of Toronto), by phone or even online through Skype. Phone and online personal coaching sessions are great options to help fit coaching into your busy life and are just as effective as face-to-face sessions.
Coaching sessions are 45 minutes in length.
The length of our coaching relationship is really up to you. I recommend a minimum commitment of 2 months to truly discover and cement your results and to be honest, many of my clients ask to continue on afterwards because they see and experience the benefits life coaching provides.
Therapy focuses on past problems or traumas and seeks to bring the client to normal function with the focus being on healing. Coaching, on the other hand, is focused on meeting you in the here and now and creating action plans for the future. The primary focus is on achieving your full potential and creating a fulfilling life with healing often being a side effect.
